What it Means to be a Tenant

When your lease is up, move.  No, seriously.  It’s not your house.  No matter how much you like it, or how much you want to stay, you don’t have any legal right to stay there.  You want a legal right to stay someone as long as you want? That’s fine - buy your own house, and you’ll be in charge.  Easier said than done?  Sometimes.  But it’s easy to not be an asshole.  Make it happen.
